600G (2.5 CUPS) FILTERED, BOILED WATER

BOIL 3 CUPS OF FILTERED WATER AND GRIND 25G OF COFFEE BEANS AT A MEDIUM GRIND. PLACE YOUR FILTER INTO YOUR V60, BEFORE PUTTING YOUR BREWER ON TOP OF YOUR FAVORITE MUG OR SERVER.

SOAK THE FILTER WITH WATER. ADD YOUR COFFEE TO THE MIDDLE OF YOUR BREWER AND THEN TAP THE SIDES TO PRODUCE AN EVEN, SOLID BASE OF COFFEE.

START YOUR TIMER AND POUR 75G OVER YOUR COFFEE GROUNDS.
ALLOW YOUR COFFEE TO BLOOM FOR 45 SECONDS.

AFTER 45 SECONDS POUR TO 250G, FINISHING YOUR POUR AT 1:10. AT 1:50 POUR UP TO 400G, FINISHING YOUR POUR AT 2:05.

WAIT FOR YOUR V60 BREWER TO FINISH DRIPPING BEFORE REMOVING THE FILTER. SERVE AND ENJOY YOUR FRESH CUP OF COFFEE.​
