About Us

Boxwood Coffee is a family run coffee shop and roaster based in Summit, NJ established in 2014 by husband and wife team Stephen and Erin Bellamy. In 2018 Boxwood opened it's second location in Westfield, NJ.

We believe that coffee is not just a commodity product but an artisanal foodstuff that requires care and attention to showcase it's delicate and complex flavors. We take great pride in every aspect of our business, from sourcing the finest ingredients to serving with a smile.

The coffee industry is a constantly changing landscape. Our passion for the black gold has kept us learning and adapting in order to achieve that perfect cup. We select ethically grown high grade coffee from farms and cooperatives across the globe and roast them in small batches in order to deliver the freshest and most unique coffee possible.
